El Taco Factory is one of the lunch spots on our usual rotation.
I never stray from the carne asada factory quesadilla. It comes with all the goodies that a quesadilla should have - tons of meat, melted cheese, sour cream, guac, and salsa...all nestled between the crispiest flour tortilla. It's also massive. One order will last me two meals.
The chips are no bueno, so I usually don't waste calories on these unless I'm starving.
We've gotten el taco factory for catered lunch (crispy tacos, burritos) a few times and they were kinda soggy. The key is ordering and eating in house while it's hot off the grill for maximum crisp, maximum flavor! -

I am wondering if they changed owners as I did not see the owner tonight and it has gone downhill. I used to like their huge burritos and could never even finish them, but had leftovers for the next day. This time around it was much smaller and they charged me for the Factory burrito which I ordered but there was NO sour cream at all, maybe teaspoon at the most guacamole and mostly rice and beans. It was a very dry burrito and we requested green sauce since I ordered many burritos( all the same steak burrito and none had sour cream and tiny bit of guacamole only) yet they were very chintzy with the sauces, despite asking for 7 little sauces.
Horchata was watered down and mostly ice and I ordered two. When I got home and took the cup the styrofoam was so weak and cheap it broke in my hands and spilled all over so completely wasted! Before they were better in terms of quality rap for the food, NOW something is different as they try to cut corners I guess which will lose longtime customers.
Oh and no free chips anymore either I guess? And service is sooooo slow and half the time the person doesn't understand what you are saying and getting things mixed up! Like my order had a totally different phone number like how did they do that-lol?! -

I've had plenty of bad food experiences but man. Worse Prawn Burrito EVER. The staff was nice fast service place cool so I gave them a one star..
but I already knew when I saw them throw precooked frozen prawns onto the grill
For less then 2 minutes and then into my laid out tortilla.. gross. Onions and tomatoes weren't even the slightest charred from the grill... just a bunch of cold shrimp and raw veggies in a also cold tortilla for 15$ ....
Ever buy food and take a bite or two and IMMEDIATELY wish you could get a refund? -

Great food but don't bother to call to place an order. The girl will put you on hold and completely forgot about the phone and if you try calling back the line will be busy. They need better customers service training.

Stopped by for the first time and got the Super taco with Chicken and a small Mango drink. They provide Chips with your order by the way; but they were stale (had to toss them). Wait and they will call your #. Good customer service.
The Taco was Crunchy and it was ok with the Chair-Broil Chicken. The Drink was ok also with a very light hint of Mango.
I really wanted to taste their Chips. Maybe next time.
